Office Administrator

Procurement & Facilities Management /Country Support Services

Responsible for wellness of people working and visiting office, greeting quests, organize meetings and events, prepare internal and external documents, perform administrative work related  to execution of bank’s policies and procedures

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet quests of the bank, help with arrangement of meetings and order hotels, transport service, etc.
  • Arrange business trips for bank’s employees and administrate related systems
  • Help in organising events of the bank, training of employees
  • Perform administrative work related to proper implementation of bank‘s policies and procedures
  • Prepare various types of internal and external documents, correspondence and presentations
  • Ensure welness of people working and visiting bank‘s office and keep conference rooms in order
