Make the change as a Team Lead for Digital Channels!

In a digital transformation at Luminor bank our team is focusing on new IT developments and support in Digital Channels area. We run a diverse set of IT solutions in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, with new digital channels on the way. We are doing a lot of development ourselves, while also being highly involved in various cooperation with external partners.

Team Lead for Digital Channels will be a member of Channels and Integrations team in IT Design and Development department. Your role in the team will be driving IT developmentin for DigitalChannels area, including:

• internet and mobile banks,
• corporate digital channels,
• websites,
• contact centre solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and grow a team of IT developers and analysts,capable of building innovative Digital Channel solutions:
  • take care of growth and continuous development of your team members;
  • source IT project and other initiatives with the right skills and competencies, ensuring efficient allocation of your team members;
  • facilitate an effective know-how sharing and ensure adequate substitutability in the team.

• Enable an effective IT development process in Digital Channels area:
  • have a good overview of IT development processes and tools, and facilitate continuous improvement in the area.
  • provide your inputs and assessments for new development initiatives;
  • ensure effective communication with business units, IT Operations, IT Services, external vendors and other stakeholders;

• Ensure effective cross-Baltic cooperation;
• Actively share your knowledge within the team, and mentor other team members;
• Contribute to team and unit performance through collaboration and living by example;
• Actively participate in agile development culture creation;

Skills and Experience:

• Initiative and high level of responsibility;
• 3+ years of experience in software development in Digital Channels or related area;
• 2+ years of team management, project management or other managerial experience;
• Excellent Communication and Coordination skills;

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle;
• Experience of working with vendors;
• Teamwork;
• Innovation;
• Higher education in Computer Science or another relevant area;
• Excellent English: fluent in any spoken and written communication.
